Events for the community, with tea. Sharing is caring.
In the words of Brene Brown, connection is why we’re here, it’s what gives us purpose and meaning in our lives.
Every Monday night from 6.30 pm, Inglewood’s newest wellness space will be hosting a FREE event. It’s about creating a space for connection within the community and being exposed to new experiences.
Everyone is welcome to come along to our studio to listen to something inspiring.
Think all things wellness, organics, sustainable, natural living, mindfulness, men’s health, woman health, community initiatives….
We’ll have herbal tea and encourage discussion.

Furoshiki (風呂敷) can be dated back to the Nara Period. It was used to store imperial household items. "Furo" and "Shiki" means "bath" and "to spread" in Japanese. In the past, Japanese used this cloth to wrap their clothes when they went to public bath.

Emily Bathgate is a qualified naturopath, self-confidence ambassador and former acne sufferer specialising in natural health solutions and clean beauty alternatives. As a holistic skin and beauty expert, and owner/formulator of natural skin + lifestyle brand The Purist
Collection, Emily is devoted to helping women reclaim their radiance, and achieve healthy skin (and even healthier self-esteem!), naturally.
Growing up, Emily faced huge health hurdles and confidence issues. Suffering from acne, anxiety, depression, glandular fever, chronic fatigue and endometriosis, Emily felt disempowered and helpless, stuck in a vicious cycle of ill-health, self-comparison and low self-worth. The only answers available at the time were medications that, while relieving
surface symptoms, did not fix the root cause, or umbrella diagnoses by stumped doctors and specialists. Add to this a long list of side-effects and a huge sense of overwhelm, and Emily’s health continued to deteriorate.
Almost a decade later, Emily is now an expert in her field, working with clients in the areas of skin health, digestive disharmony, hormonal imbalances, anxiety and low self-esteem.
Ultimately, Emily’s mission is to empower women to get to the root cause of their skin issues, enabling + inspiring them to make healthier lifestyle choices, so that they too can heal naturally, and become the most confident, happy, healthy, radiant versions of

Zorica is a qualified advanced Kinesiology practitioner and a graduate of the O’Neil Kinesiology College. She began her own practice in 2017 and has assisted and supported many people to improve their health and wellbeing.
Zorica was introduced to Kinesiology in 2010 by a friend. At the time, she was working in a pathology clinic, raising children, and watching her father’s health rapidly decline. Her own energy was depleted, and her health and wellbeing were being compromised.
Through Kinesiology sessions she worked on releasing the stagnant energy she was holding onto, clearing blocked pathways, and identifying which organs and glands were being compromised. After each session she felt lighter, brighter, healthier, and more focused. She started to regain optimism for life once again.
